How quickly can you start service?
Most new clients can be added to our weekly service route within 3-5 days. For urgent situations like green pool recovery or equipment repairs, we often offer same-day or next-day service.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! All quotes are completely free with no obligation. For weekly service, we typically quote over the phone or email. For repairs or special projects, we may need to visit your property for accurate pricing.
What areas do you service?
We serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, and surrounding East Valley communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask!
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Most of our clients are not home during weekly service. We only need access to your pool equipment and backyard. We’ll leave a service report after each visit.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. All PHX Pool Crew technicians are certified pool operators (CPO), background-checked, and fully insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance for your protection.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and ACH bank transfers. Monthly service can be set up on autopay for your convenience.
